We went out to our local Chilis tonight for New Years dinner. We frequent Chilis regularly and tonight was the first time we have had lousy service. Our waiter forgot to bring us menus without us asking for them, brought us the overly expensive, premium margaritas without us requesting them, then let our food sit and get cold before bringing it to us. Later we couldn't get our check and we never did get asked if we wanted desert.
The place wasn't overly full so nobody seemed to be overworked. It was just lousy service tonight. I've already sent in my comments to the Chilis survey website...
